Saigon Capital is a locally licensed investment fund management company focusing on private equity investments in burgeoning small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. Saigon Capital is managed by a team of local professionals with internationally-recognized qualifications and over 40 years of combined experience in private equity investment, corporate banking, investment banking, corporate finance and auditing in Vietnam and abroad.

 

We are looking for a qualified candidates for 2 positions

 

1. Investment Manager

 

Main duties: The Investment Manager’s job involves deal sourcing, interviewing companies’ management, valuation model, performing detailed appraisals, writing investment recommendations, implementing disbursement, reviewing investment papers/reports prepared by subordinates and supervising investment staff.

 

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

 

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, with excellent educational records, professional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) or oversea master degree is a PLUS’

- Minimum 3- year working experience in investment or finance-related fields (private equity, IPOs, Investment in OTC/ listed securities, etc.)

- Strong analytical skill and business sense;

- Ability to analyze financial statement and perform financial modeling;

- Strong oral and written communication skills;

- Excellent fluency in English and Vietnamese;

- Good command in computer: office applications

- Holding securities certificates or Asset Management License

 

2. Portfolio Manager

 

Main duties: The Portfolio Manager’s job involves conducting stock analysis and valuation, designing portfolio asset allocation; implementing portfolio rebalancing/restructuring steps based on predefined investment strategy, reviewing investment papers/reports prepared by subordinates and supervising investment staff.

 

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

 

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, with excellent educational records, professional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) with oversea master degree is a PLUS’

- Minimum 3 – year working experience in portfolio investment or finance-related fields (portfolio management, investment in public equity, IPOs, OTC securities, etc.)

- Ability to analyze stocks, conduct valuation and design portfolio structure;

- Strong analytical skill and business sense;

- Strong oral and written communication skills;

- Excellent fluency in English and Vietnamese;

- Good command in computer office applications

- Experience in programming languages such as Visual Basic, C; database administration systems such as MS Access, MS SQL Server, Visual Foxpro is a PLUS

- Holding securities certificates or Asset Management License (required)
