Saigon Phoenix Fund is a closed-end, off-shore private equity fund, targeting early- stage investment opportunities in growing, strong-fundamental Vietnamese privately-held and family-run enterprises (private SMEs), which need financial management and strategic assistance to achieve substantial and sustainable growth in long term.

The Fund has a target size of US$45M, with the first closing expected to be completed in mid 2010. The Fund places strong emphasis on value creation generated through the enhanced EFFICIENCY and the GROWTH of portfolio companies, ultimately translated into capital appreciation for the Fund’s investments.
